CVHarbor should be useful from the first session. If a paid plan is not right for you, there is a clear way out — and if you are in the EU, a statutory one that this policy cannot reduce.
If you bought a paid plan but have not used what it unlocks — no AI runs, no exports, no tailored variants beyond the free tier — email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge for a full refund of that payment. Include the account email you paid with.
If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This right is separate from, and additional to, the refund above. Nothing in this policy limits it.
CVHarbor is a continuous service, not a one-off download. By starting a paid plan you ask us to begin supplying it immediately. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund the payment minus a proportionate amount for the period already served — not the whole payment. If you have not used the service at all, the section above applies instead and you get the full amount back.
Email [email protected] with an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing. Any clear wording works — there is no required form. We confirm in writing and refund to the original payment method. Send it before the 14 days are up; the date you send is what counts.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and is not the same as withdrawing: access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no refund is issued for that period.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of us accepting the request. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer. A transaction is never refunded twice.
CVHarbor is operated from Germany. The operating entity is being registered; its name, address and registration details will be published in the Impressum before any paid plan is offered.
