You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. This page explains withdrawal and billing fixes.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a paid purchase within 14 days of the transaction by emailing info@cvharbor.com from the account email you paid with. Tell us you want to withdraw. Where the law allows a reduction for use already supplied during that period, that reduction may apply. Abuse, fraud, and chargebacks are not covered.
If you were charged in error or cannot access the service after payment, email info@cvharbor.com from the account email you paid with. This path remains available regardless of AI credit usage.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on Stripe and your bank or card provider.
Nothing in this policy removes rights that apply to you by law.
