Care resumes are read for where you worked, who you supported, and which tasks you were trusted to do. “Provided care” alone does not separate candidates.
Name the setting (home care, residential, hospital support), the service-user group, and concrete duties: medication prompts, mobility, recording, handover.
Training and checks belong only if current. Do not invent shift patterns or responsibilities you were not signed off to perform.
Lead with placements, volunteering, or training that matches the service users. Do not rewrite shadowing as unsupervised care.
Group similar short assignments when they do not change the story. Keep distinct settings that prove different duties.
