Cloud resumes get screened for ownership: which accounts, which migration or platform, and what broke or improved because of your work.
The recent role should show cloud ownership, not a course badge. Name the provider only where you used it, then the workload: a migration, a landing zone, cost, or incident.
Certifications support that evidence. They do not replace a role. If the certificate is newer than the job, say so instead of implying you ran production on it.
Only if you hold it. Put it under certifications and make sure a role shows related work. A badge with no workload is a weak example.
