Nursing resumes are read for where you practised, which patients, and which registration you hold. Duties like “provided care” do not separate one nurse from another.
State the setting, the patient group, and one clinical responsibility you actually held: medicines, ward coordination, a specific unit. Add the regulator pin or registration only if it is current.
In the UK a photo is usually wrong on a CV. In some other markets a photo is expected. Follow the guide for the country of the employer rather than a generic template.
Lead with placements that match the unit you want, the registration status, and the skills you were signed off to do. Do not rewrite a placement as a staff job.
Include wards that change the story. A long list of rotations with no patient group or responsibility is harder to read than three specific roles.
