CNA resumes are screened for certification status, setting, and ADLs you were trained to perform. Generic care language is not enough.
State the facility type, the unit if you have one, and duties you were signed off to do. Put certification and state next to credentials, not buried in a paragraph.
Clinical rotations and externships count when labeled honestly. Do not rewrite supervised hours as sole charge.
Lead with the credential, clinical hours, and the setting you want. Training is evidence — inventing floor experience is not.
Include rotations that change the story (long-term care vs acute). Merge short identical shifts when they add length without signal.
